Shipping Info

Shipping options:

We are located in Omaha and use Toll for larger items and Post Haste for smaller items. Items shipped with Toll require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you include a contact phone number with your delivery address. Orders confirmed and paid before 5 pm will usually be dispatched the next business day. Orders confirmed and paid after 5pm will normally be dispatched 2 business days later. North Island orders are normally received within two - three business days after payment is confirmed. South Island deliveries require up to four working days, or up to five days for rural addresses.

Pick up
The option to pick up is available for some items - please enquire by email if you want to pick up.

Damages or Loss in Transit
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the relevant carrier:
1. Prior to acknowledging delivery, the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the carrier's note has been received. Should there be a shortage or visible damage to outer packaging the carrier's note must be endorsed accordingly at the time the goods are delivered.
2. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit, but we will intercede on the buyer's behalf in negotiating compensation. Please notify us immediately of any claim.
